Costs and terms
How are your fees structured?
We charge a fixed monthly management fee, agreed in writing before any work begins. There are no variable charges, no percentage of ad spend and no setup fee.
Your advertising budget is separate. It is paid directly to Google or Meta from your own account, so you always see exactly what has been spent.
How much should we spend on advertising?
It depends on your market, your competition and how much new work you can take on. We recommend a starting budget after our market research, rather than quoting a figure before we understand your business.
Budgets are reviewed as results come in, and we only suggest increasing spend when the numbers support it.
What contract terms do you offer?
We offer monthly terms, and quarterly terms paid upfront for businesses planning for longer term growth. Longer terms give campaigns more time to learn and improve.
Whichever you choose, your ad spend stays in your own account and our fee is agreed in advance.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Any agency that guarantees a set number of sales is promising something advertising alone cannot control. Results also depend on your offer, pricing, response times and the market.
What we do commit to is careful testing, honest reporting and telling you early if something is not working.
Platforms and results
Should we use Google Ads or Facebook ads?
Google search ads reach people who are already looking for your service, which suits urgent and high intent enquiries. Facebook and Instagram ads reach people before they start searching, which suits local services, property and considered purchases.
Many businesses benefit from both: search captures people ready to act, and social retargeting brings back people who showed interest but did not enquire. We recommend a mix based on how your customers actually choose a business like yours.
How long before we see results?
Enquiries can start arriving soon after launch, but the first weeks are a testing period. Campaigns need enough data to show which audiences, messages and offers work best before budget is concentrated on them.
We set expectations for your market during the strategy stage and report on progress throughout.
Why do you report on cost per acquisition rather than cost per lead?
A cheap lead that never converts is expensive, while a more costly lead that becomes a sale can be excellent value. Cost per lead alone cannot tell the difference.
Cost per acquisition shows what it costs in advertising to win a paying customer, which is the figure that reflects your real return.
Can our business handle more enquiries?
This is one of the first things we discuss. More enquiries only help if they can be answered quickly and the work can be delivered. Otherwise good leads go cold and budget is wasted.
We agree a realistic volume with you before launch, pace campaigns to your capacity, and scale up as your ability to respond grows.
Why does speed of response matter so much?
Interest is at its highest the moment someone enquires. The longer a lead waits, the more likely they are to contact a competitor, and the first business to respond is usually the one that wins the work.
Enquiries are delivered to you as soon as they arrive, and response times are tracked in our reporting so any delays can be addressed early.
Working together
Who owns the ad accounts and the data?
You do. Campaigns run in ad accounts owned by your business, and we are given access as a partner. If we stop working together, your accounts, campaigns, audiences and history stay with you.
What do you need from us to get started?
Access to your ad accounts, or help creating them, and access to your website or booking system so we can set up conversion tracking. We also ask for photos or video of your work, and a short conversation about your customers, prices and capacity.
Do you work with businesses outside Ireland?
Yes. We work with businesses across Ireland and the UK, and with clients further afield where the fit is right. Meetings take place by phone or video call.
Still have a question?
We are happy to talk it through. There is no obligation, and you will get a straight answer.
