This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not ask you to submit any personal information. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to identify visitors.

When you contact us

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, business name and the content of your message. We use this information only to reply to you and to discuss whether we can help your business.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.

When we work for you

When we manage advertising for a client, we may process personal information about the people who respond to their ads, such as names and contact details submitted through lead forms. In that role we act as a data processor on our client's behalf and handle that information only on their instructions and under a written agreement.

Client business details, such as contact names, invoices and correspondence, are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We use a small number of service providers to run our business, including email, messaging, file storage, customer relationship management and the advertising platforms we manage on behalf of clients. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in which case appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses apply.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it or object to its use. To make a request, email conor@weareonthelevel.com. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie, or the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK at ico.org.uk.
